These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pipelio (the "Service"), operated by Call Savvys LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Pipelio is a product of Call Savvys LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Subscription and payment
The core Service (CRM, pipeline, follow-ups, deal math, import and export, team access) is free to use, with no trial period and no credit card required to sign up. Outbound/inbound calling and texting are available on Pipelio Pro, a paid add-on billed at $29/month or $20/month billed annually. Pipelio Pro auto-renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Calling and texting also draw from a prepaid wallet balance that you top up and control separately from your subscription.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Pricing and taxes are governed by the payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
- Upload or store illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission
- Import lead data you do not have the right to use
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you put into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell Your Data or share it with third parties except as needed to run the Service (hosting, payment processing, customer support) or as required by law.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including compliance with applicable data protection laws when contacting individuals via their phone number, email, or address.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss beyond our commercially reasonable backup practices, or third-party service outages.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms others. On termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to support reactivation, then delete it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Pipelio. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. SMS Messaging Terms
Pipelio (operated by Call Savvys LLC) lets users send SMS text messages to their contacts using a Twilio phone number assigned to their Pipelio workspace.
By using Pipelio's SMS features, you (the Pipelio user) agree to:
- Obtain explicit prior consent from each recipient before sending any SMS message (either verbally during a phone conversation or via a Pipelio-hosted lead-capture form)
- Honor opt-out requests immediately (STOP keyword handling is automatic at the carrier level)
- Never use SMS for unsolicited marketing, broadcast campaigns, or any messaging the recipient has not consented to receive
- Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
- Not send content prohibited by US carriers, including illegal substances, adult content, hate speech, or content related to direct lending
Recipients of SMS messages sent through Pipelio may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for support. Standard message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
Pipelio reserves the right to suspend any user account that violates these SMS terms, including TCPA non-compliance, transmission of carrier-prohibited content, or generating sustained spam complaints from carriers or recipients.
