Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pipelio (the "Service"), operated by Pipelio ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You can start a free trial without a credit card. After the trial ends, you must add a payment method to continue using the Service. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Pricing, taxes, and refund policies are governed by the payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
• Upload or store illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission
• Import lead data you do not have the right to use

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you put into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell Your Data or share it with third parties except as needed to run the Service (hosting, payment processing, customer support) or as required by law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including compliance with applicable data protection laws when contacting individuals via their phone number, email, or address.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss beyond our commercially reasonable backup practices, or third-party service outages.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms others. On termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to support reactivation, then delete it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Pipelio. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
